It’s been a fantastic year in the Ryan’s Crossing neighborhood and the mood is celebratory. Creating a luxury community in the heart of Pittsboro continues to be a source of pride and excitement with many more amazing milestones ahead. As we reflect on the past twelve months, the Ryan’s Crossing team is also looking forward to a new year that will continue to enhance our breathtaking blend of custom homes and their beautiful surroundings.
There are currently eight families settled into Phase I of Ryan’s Crossing which means that two dozen people that started the year as strangers are now embracing new neighbors and sharing in community events. Six more home homes are currently pending sale leaving only four available listings in our first phase.
In October, the second phase of Ryan’s Crossing opened to our hand-selected builders and one of the 18 generous lots was immediately put on reserve. New residents look forward to homes that are surrounded by endless green space, as designed by the families that once worked on this very land. This ode to the past carries throughout the neighborhood’s streets with monikers dedicated to the names of the Tripp and Ryan family children.
This year, homes were designed by ICG Homes, Horizon Homes, and Triple-A Homes. All three builders have a long and respected history within the North Carolina builder’s market and their work did not disappoint. Each property was carefully planned to meet every imaginable desire of the homeowner. Custom designs mean that no blueprint is alike and our residents have enjoyed discovering the magnificent features of each other’s homes throughout 2022.
The 46-acre conservation area is not only beautiful, but it is also functional. Residents have enjoyed a natural playground just off their doorstep in the form of stream front lots. Endless hiking trails have hosted sneakers, strollers, bicycles, and more as the urge to explore was awakened by homeowners. The open-air yoga pavilion will become a favorite place to catch one’s breath during a quiet moment in the near future.
Sprawling homesites purposefully include a perfect mix of plush grass and beautiful wooded lots. There is no question that this community prioritized time outdoors during the past year. Inside, spacious floorplans and modern amenities have encouraged neighbors to channel their inner host by inviting friends, new and old to visit. As more new neighbors settled into their Ryan’s Crossing home, new friends became close friends and will likely become lifelong friends.
